Nominate a 2017 Director of the Year!

The purpose of the Director of the Year (DOY) awards is to recognize directors for outstanding performance in the boardroom or behind  the scenes. Please consider the directors with whom you serve and nominate the highest achievers among them. Note that while we are focused on the single highest performer on a given board, you are not limited to a single nominee should you sit on multiple boards.

Nominee Qualifications:

  • Nominees may be from any industry
  • Nominees must be a resident of the San Diego area or serve on a board of a company headquartered in San Diego
  • Awards are based on director’s recent achievements (except for the Lifetime Achievement award)
