Sempra is a San Diego-based energy services holding company whose subsidiaries provide electricity, natural gas and value-added products and services.\nSDG&E provides service to 3.6 million consumers through 1.4 million electric meters and more than 873,000 natural gas meters in San Diego and southern Orange counties.\nWinn became CEO of SDG&E in August 2020. Previously, she served as the chief operating officer of SDG&E, overseeing operations of the utility’s gas and electric infrastructure assets, and customer services. In that role, Winn is widely recognized for SDG&E’s national leadership in sustainability, technology and innovation, including the company’s significant safety and wildfire mitigation efforts.\nWinn also served as chief energy delivery officer, managing all energy delivery activities for SDG&E, including electric distribution operations and gas services, customer services, and external and state legislative affairs.\nSince joining the company in 1986 as an associate engineer, Winn has held several leadership positions with SDG&E and Southern California Gas (SoCalGas).\nWinn currently serves on the board of directors for Father Joe’s Villages and Monarch School; the executive council for Western Energy Institute; and the director’s council of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. She also serves on the board as an independent director for both Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. and Kayne Anderson NextGen Energy & Infrastructure, Inc.\nPreviously, Winn has served as the board chair for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and continues to currently serve as a board member. She has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University Sacramento and is a registered professional engineer in the State of California.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nManaging Director, Audit & Assurance, Deloitte\nShibani Dogra\nShibani is a Managing Director in the Audit practice in the San Diego office. She has over 20 years of public accounting experience, having practiced in Australia and the USA. She excels at strong client service and in addition to audit services, she is experienced in IPO’s, complex debt arrangements, internal control work, bond offerings, and new accounting pronouncement implementations, while leading local and global teams.\nShibani is the ESG leader for the San Diego Deloitte Audit practice.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nManaging Director, ESG and Sustainability Services, Deloitte\nLee Ballin\nLee Ballin is a managing director for ESG and Sustainability Services at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He works with clients to help address their sustainability strategy and non-financial reporting disclosures.  Lee is a strategic thinker, innovator and highly sought-after public speaker on sustainability, as well as ESG risks and opportunities for the business, financial, and regulatory communities.  He has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of sustainability, business, and finance.\nLee began his sustainability career at Bloomberg, where he was a founding member of the Bloomberg Sustainable Business & Finance group.  The group was the driving force behind integrating sustainability considerations into the Bloomberg’s operations globally and developing strategies to integrate ESG, Climate and other Sustainability considerations into the Bloomberg Terminal.  Lee established Bloomberg as a convener for impactful conversations under the Bloomberg Sustainable Business Summit and Sustainable Finance week banners.  Lee then moved on to a business development role within BloombergNEF – a strategic research provider that helps companies, investors and policy-makers navigate the shift to a low carbon economy.\nLee has served multiple roles as a faculty member at New York University, both as an adjunct professor and advisor to the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business. Lee is a graduate of the Aspen Institute First Mover Fellowship Program and CORO Leadership New York.
