Clark\nRandall L. Clark is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Sempra Infrastructure.\nMost recently, Clark was chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer for Sempra LNG, where he lead Sempra LNG’s business services function that includes human resources and organizational development, technology and cybersecurity, external affairs and communications, supply management, and business transformation.\nClark has served in various leadership and legal capacities at the Sempra family of companies over the last 20 years. Most recently, he was senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Sempra. In that position he was also the company’s chief ethics and compliance officer. Prior to that role, he was the chief human resources officer and deputy general counsel for Sempra.\nClark has previously served as chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer at San Diego Gas & Electric Company and as Sempra’s vice president – human resources services, vice president – compliance and governance, vice president – corporate responsibility, vice president – corporate relations and its corporate secretary.\nBefore joining Sempra, Clark practiced law at Morrison & Foerster in Los Angeles and at Cooley Godward in San Diego.\nClark serves on the board of Infraestructura Energética Nova (IEnova) . He is a member of several bar associations, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Society for Corporate Governance, the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. He also serves as a trustee on the board and as chairman of the La Jolla Playhouse, where he sits on the audit and finance committees, as a trustee on the board of Francis Parker School, where he sits on the board governance and audit committees, and as a board member of The San Diego LGBT Community Center, where he sits on the executive committee and serves as secretary.\nClark graduated summa cum laude and holds a bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, and graduated with honors from Duke University’s School of Law.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPacific Economic Cooperation Chair, International Economic Relations / Professor, School of Global Policy and Strategy and Department of Economics, UC San Diego; Director, GPS Peter F. He serves as director of the GPS Peter F. Cowhey Center on Global Transformation ( https://cgt.ucsd.edu/ ), co-director of the UC San Diego Global Health Institute ( https://medschool.ucsd.edu/som/medicine/divisions/idgph/research/Global-Health/Pages/default.aspx ) and research director for International Environmental and Health Studies at the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC) ( https://igcc.ucsd.edu/experts/leadership/josh-graff-zivin.html ).  Graff Zivin is also a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research ( https://www.nber.org/ ).  In 2020, he co-founded Amplisal ( https://amplisal.io/ ), a firm specializing in remote and hybrid workforce management, where he currently serves as COO.\nGraff Zivin is an economist whose broad research interests include the environment, health, development, and innovation economics. He has published numerous articles on a wide range of topics in top economic, policy and science journals. Much of his current work is focused on three distinct areas of research: the relationship between the environment, health and human capital, the economics of innovation and productivity, and the design of health interventions and their economic impacts.\nProfessor Graff Zivin received both his Ph.D. and M.S. from UC Berkeley and a B.A. from Rutgers University. Prior to joining UC San Diego in 2008, he spent 11 years on the faculty at Columbia University, where he served as professor of economics in the Mailman School of Public Health and the School of International and Public Affairs and directed the Ph.D. Program in Sustainable Development. From 2004-05, Graff Zivin served as Senior Economist for Health and the Environment on the White House Council of Economic Advisers.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExecutive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Dexcom; Director, Sonendo\nSadie Stern\nSadie joined Dexcom as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2020. In her role, Sadie leads the company’s global Human Resources team overseeing diversity, equity and inclusion; total rewards; talent acquisition; talent development; organization effectiveness; internal communications; and HR operations. As a trusted advisor, Sadie plays a key influential role on Dexcom’s executive leadership team to shape all aspects of the company’s strategy and culture.\nSadie also serves on the Board of Directors for Sonendo (SONX) since October 2021. She is a member of the Compensation and Governance Committees.\nBefore joining Dexcom, Sadie served as Executive Vice President, People and Culture at 3D Systems, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, Facilities, EHS and Ethics & Compliance across the company’s operations in 23 countries.
