Corporate Directors Forum is a preferred provider of corporate governance education.

All Corporate Directors Forum event participants are encouraged to register and receive a Certificate of Attendance. This certificate provides acknowledgement of your continued education of corporate governance. In the case of webinars, for CPE credit, it is critical that you respond to the three questions asked of attendees during the presentation.  In accordance with regulatory criteria, the questions are placed randomly throughout the live presentation. At the conclusion of the webinar you must email events@directorsforum.com to request your Certificate of Completion. At in-person events you attend, simply sign the registration sheet and take a Certificate of Completion.

Many current directors provide these certificates to their boards to highlight their continued education. Additionally, if you are looking to join a new board or become a director for the first time you can provide these certificates during the candidate selection process.
