Corporate Directors Forum is an accredited provider of MCLE credits (provider number 12857). California attorneys who attend CDF events are eligible to fulfill their required legal education requirements through our programs.
Each California attorney must complete 25 credit hours of education every 3 years. Each regular CDF program provides 1 credit hours of education. The annual Directors Forum conference provides up to 11 credit hours.
In order to receive your credit, just add your name to the MCLE sign-up form at the event and take a certificate of attendance for your records. Each attorney is responsible for submittal of his or her education to the State Bar of California, however, CDF is required to maintain a record of your MCLE sign-up as well.

Each California CPA must complete a specified amount of continuing education. Each regular CDF program provides 1 credit hours of education. The Directors Forum annual conference provides up to 11 credit hours.
In order to receive your credit, just add your name to the CE sign-up form at the event and take a certificate of attendance for your records. Each CPA is responsible for submittal of his or her education to the California Board of Accountancy for CE Credits, CDF is required to maintain a record of your CPE sign-up as well.

All Corporate Directors Forum event participants may register on a sign-up sheet at the event and receive a certificate of attendance. This certificate provides acknowledgement of your continuing education in corporate governance. At each event you attend, simply sign the registration sheet and take a certificate of completion.
Many current directors provide these certificates to their boards to provide proof of their continuing education. Additionally, if you are looking to join a new board or become a director for the first time you may provide these certificates during the candidate selection process as evidence of your commitment to director education.
