Tara Ceranic Salinas

Tara Ceranic Salinas is an Associate professor of Business Ethics in the School of Business at the University of San Diego. She received her PhD from the University of Washington in Seattle where she studied business ethics, strategic management and philosophy. She teaches courses in global business ethics, women in management, and corporate culture in the undergraduate, MBA and Master’s of Global Leadership programs.

Her research focuses on ethical decision-making and emotions in the workplace, as well as understanding how to motivate ethical behavior in the classroom and create effective pedagogies for the Millennial generation. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Business Ethics Education and the North American Case Research Journal. She serves as a member of the Executive Board and Conference Chair-Elect for the International Association for Business and Society and reviews for multiple academic journals and conferences.
