It is critical that a company capture and analyze new information and trends that could impact its business outcomes. Most organizations today are data-rich. The amount of digital data that exists is growing quickly and has changed the way we live. It is believed that just a 10% increase in data accessibility by a company could result in significant additional net income.
So, how can boards ensure that data is being leveraged to optimize decision-making? Our panelists will provide a modern view of the challenges faced by board members and company leaders in mobilizing a data-driven culture and practical tools to deliver enterprise-wide advancement in data reporting and analytical maturity.
Our expert panelists will discuss:
how your organization can maximize available data to drive efficiencies, build its brand and align itself with ever-changing market dynamics
if the data architecture of the organization is optimized and structured to enable the business
what questions board members should be asking to turn the company’s data into valuable insights
